What Is The Coolest Music
Music: Tristam & Braken - FlightDownload: https://www.mediafire.com/?hk74cbmi1qcusfb. SongMeanings is a community of thousands of music lovers who contribute song lyrics, discuss song meanings and interpretations, and connect over songs and artists they love! What's a 'cool' genre of music to be into? I just heard an ad for some company in which they made a joke where a woman was shaming a dude for being 'into smooth jazz', and pitched it as though that was the most embarrassing and uncool genre of music to like. Cool Jazz evolved directly from bop in the late '40s and '50s. Essentially, it was a mixture of bop with certain aspects of swing that had been overlooked or temporarily discarded. Dissonances were smoothed out, tones were softened, arrangements became important again, and the rhythm section's accents were less jarring. Jazz has nothing to do with music or being cool. It’s a marketing idea. A glaring example of what’s wrong with Jazz is how people fight over it. People are too afraid to let go of a name that is killing the spirit of the music. Life is bigger than music, unless you love and/or play Jazz. The art, or lack thereof, is just a reflection.
